• Audit – statutory audit of annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements, audit of annual report
• Tax advisory – ongoing tax consulting on all types of taxes in Slovak Republic, advice on the application of international double tax treaties, preparation of tax returns
• Expertise – our company is registered as an expert organization in the List maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic under no. 900110 and authorized to perform expertise in Valuation and Evaluation of Businesses
• Business and organizational consultancy – accounting, tax and basic legal advice on transformations and selling of companies, changes in business structure of companies, contributions in kind
• Accounting advisory – we offer accounting advisory services for businesses and non-profit organisations.
